I hereby give my specific, objective, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") to the processing of the following of my personal data (if provided to the Administration):

first name, last name, patronymic, email address, mobile phone, address, TIN, passport details or other document proving my identity, my payment card details and other payment information, client ID, my other personal data, Tariffs, Blocks, Modules, Templates, Content used and posted by me within the framework of the User Agreement (Offer), (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), the text of which is located at https://puzzlebot.top/terms, and to which I have acceded in full volume, having accepted this offer (hereinafter referred to as "Personal data"),

for the purpose of creating an account (account) and identifying me on the account page on the Administration Website, for the provision of services to me by the Administration, mutual fulfillment of the Agreement, a necessary part of which is the processing of payment made by bank card or in another way in favor of the Administration, communication between the Administration and me, data analytics.

I hereby confirm (assure) that

— I have read in advance all documents located on the websites at the addresses https://puzzlebot.top, https://puzzle.bot, https://labo.top, including subdomains (previously and hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), including, but not limited to, this Consent to the processing of personal data, Personal data processing and protection policy, User Agreement and Cookie Policy, fully understand them and agree with them, I accept them completely, unconditionally and unreservedly without any exceptions or restrictions on the terms of accession in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, having accepted the Agreement in the ways provided for therein;

— the conditions set out in the above documents, their meaning and significance fully correspond to my actual intentions, I give this Consent and accept the Agreement not due to a significant error;

— I am not deprived of legal capacity, I am not registered or under guardianship or trusteeship, I do not suffer from diseases that prevent me from understanding the essence of this Consent, the User Agreement and other documents located on the websites at the addresses https://puzzlebot.top, https://puzzle.bot, https://labo.top, including subdomains, there are no circumstances that force me to give this Consent, accept the Agreement on extremely unfavorable terms for me.

The Administration has the right to perform, using automation tools and without using automation tools, such actions with my Personal data as collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

The Administration has the right to transfer my personal data to third parties, including JSC Selectel, INN/KPP 7810962785/781001001, address: 196006, St. Petersburg, Tsvetochnaya St., Building 21, Building A, for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement.

My rights are explained to me in the Consent to the processing of personal data, Personal data processing and protection policy User agreement and Policy regarding the use of cookies and other documents posted on the websites at https://puzzlebot.top, https://puzzle.bot, https://labo.top, including subdomains.

By giving this Consent, I confirm (assure) that I act freely, of my own free will and in my interests, the Personal Data provided by me to the Administration is accurate, complete and current at the time of its provision, I undertake to maintain the specified parameters of my Personal Data for the entire duration of the Agreement.

I have been informed that my failure to provide Personal Data to the Administration, or my provision of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated Personal Data to the Administration, or my failure to notify (untimely notification) the Administration of a change in Personal Data may result in the impossibility of achieving the purpose of processing Personal Data provided for in this Consent.

The Consent is valid from the date it is given until the purpose of processing Personal Data by the Administration is achieved or until there is no longer a need to achieve this purpose, provided that otherwise is not provided by applicable law or an agreement between me and the Administration.

I have been informed that the Consent may be revoked by me by sending the Administration a letter with the subject "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data" to support@puzzlebot.top or to the address: 455021, Chelyabinsk region, Magnitogorsk, Lenin Avenue, 141, P.O. Box 1170.

If I revoke the Consent, the Administration will have the right to continue processing all or some of the Personal Data without my consent in order to implement and fulfill the functions, powers and obligations imposed on the Administration by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", as well as to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration and (or) third parties on the basis of paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and provided that my rights and legitimate interests are not violated.
