We had to divert from our hard work on Terms and Conditions and add support for new features from the last Telegram update.
Nuances of the Telegram update:
1. If a user has submitted a request to join a chat or channel, the bot can send him a message even if no dialog has been started with him before.
2. If the bot was previously blocked, and the bot is configured to process accession requests through the bot, the Telegram system account will send a request to unblock the bot.
3. If a request to join was submitted, the bot can write to the user even after a period of time and even if the request was rejected or accepted (the exact time interval has not been found out; most likely, it does not exist).
4. There is an opportunity to turn on protection of content for channels and chat rooms, but not for bots.
5. When blocking a user who writes on behalf of a channel - the user is not blocked, but he loses the ability to write on behalf of all administered channels.
New Features in PuzzleBot:
— Applications to join a resource. Your bots now know how to reject and accept requests to join, as well as write personal messages if such a request appears. Where this is configurable:
• Resource Settings — you can set up automatic rejection or acceptance of requests.
• Resource events — you can set up an event that will be sent to the user in private messages with the bot, as well as set the action to accept or reject the application.
• Constructor and Bot Scripts — in the commands appeared the ability to select the action in the resources (in the scripts was already) in the additional settings, including accept or reject the request.
— Filters on messages in the group. Added a possibility to configure automatic deletion of different types of media files, forwarded messages, messages on behalf of channels, and linked channel.
— Bug fixes.
