A psychologist came to me asking to automate the sales of her products. At that point, the expert already had active platforms — Instagram, Telegram and VK — as well as ready-made courses and free materials. However, sales and access delivery weren't systematized and required a lot of manual work.

Project goals
At the start, there were several challenges:
free live streams were publicly available and converted poorly into subscribers;
courses were sold via Taplink, and access was sent by email;
buyers often couldn't find the emails and wrote to her in direct messages;
links to private channels were being shared with third parties;
it was hard to track payments and control access;
the expert spent a lot of time on manual support.
The goal: build a convenient, automated system for selling and delivering content through a chatbot. Link to the bot: https://t.me/lisenkowa_bot
What we did
1. Free live streams addressing the target audience's pain points were:
removed from public access on social media;
moved to the chatbot;
made available only after subscribing to the Telegram channel.
This made it possible to:
increase the value of the free content;
speed up Telegram audience growth;
bring users together in a single ecosystem.

2. Fully automated course sales. We set up:
automatic course sales;
payment verification;
access delivery without the expert's involvement;
protection against sharing links with third parties.
As a result, access to the materials is granted only after a confirmed payment — no emails, no manual messages and no confusion.
3. Tech support inside the bot:
a support command was implemented
automatic answers to frequently asked questions were created
a logic for handling access and payment requests was worked out
This significantly reduced the load on the expert's direct messages.
Launching a drip course inside the chatbot
In the fall, we decided to test a different product format: a drip course delivered right inside the chatbot.
The key feature of the format is a personal course launch for each user: after purchase, the content starts automatically and arrives on a set schedule — daily or at whatever interval is configured.
This format:
makes launching the product easier;
improves completion rates;
reduces the number of questions from users.
Gamification and completion rates
To improve course completion, we introduced gamification:
points for completing assignments;
a bonus for feedback and a review.
At the end, users received a gift for completing the assignments and leaving a review.
Thanks to this mechanic, about 90% of participants finished the course and left high-quality reviews, which were later used in marketing and kept driving new sales.
The bot's results
over 400,000 rubles in sales from the drip course in 3 days
Telegram audience growth thanks to moving the free materials
a fully automated system for sales and access delivery
a significant reduction in manual support
product revenue grew roughly 3x after introducing the chatbot and automation, and now brings in 400,000–600,000 rubles a month
Fun fact:
50% of all revenue (about 200,000 rubles) came in on the last day of the launch. The key role was played by a short push notification in the bot announcing the last chance to buy the course at a discounted price.
Conclusion
This is a great example of how investing in a skilled, experienced specialist paid off thanks to a well-thought-out strategy.
