From January 1, 2022, we are forced to make changes to the cost and limits of tariff plans.
In the Free tariff nothing changes in tariffs Creative and Advanced only changing the value in the tariff Professional only limits vary:
Free — limits: do not change, cost: do not change.
Creative — limits: do not change, cost: 690 rubles without auto payment.
Advanced — limits: do not change, cost: 1190 rubles without auto payment.
Professional — limits: 20K subscribers for each bot and 60K subscribers for each resource, cost: does not change.
Important! These changes will affect all users and will be applied after the end of the current tariff plan.
Many factors forced us to decide to make changes, including: the general economic situation, an increase in the cost of services and software for work, an increase in functions and loads, but the main reason was the "cheaters".
During this year, we encountered a large number of users who created bots with 2-3 teams to run traffic of several tens of thousands of people per hour, as a result deceiving the expectations of their subscribers and creating huge loads on the servers. Such loads led to a situation where 1 bot slowed down the work of all other bots.
Of course, we did not stay idle, but significantly improved the software part of the project and optimized resource-intensive processes, but even so we cannot avoid changing tariff plans.
Answers on questions:
— Why have the limits for the Professional tariff decreased so much?
— When calculating the limits, we took into account the cost of expenses based on the load and the number of active limits for current users, so this change almost does not affect users of projects that are not related to “cheating”.
— If I purchase a Professional tariff for 3 months or more, will my tariff limits decrease anyway?
— No, since you have purchased a tariff plan under current conditions, we cannot change the tariff until it ends.
— If I purchase a Creative / Extended tariff for 3 months or more, will the number of days be recalculated after the changes are made on January 1?
— No, as in the answer above - the terms of the tariff are fixed until the end of the tariff, but after the end of the tariff, the cost of the next payment will change to the current one.
— I miss the new Professional tariff, what should I do?
— Write to support@puzzlebot.top or private messages @BAYKINTOP to discuss the Individual tariff plan. An individual tariff plan is possible only if there is a lack of functions of the maximum tariff - this means that we cannot reduce any limits and make it cheaper, but increase without problems.
